Because this is a specialty product, there are no returns/refunds. We do
everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with the final product.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for further
information. Please note that the quality of your photo enlargement may
vary due to the quality of the original picture used for the enlargement.
Please ask all questions/concerns before you order as no refunds will be
given once the order is processed. We will not print any image we deem
threatening, obscene, pornographic or profane. We reserve the right to
refuse, remove, delete, or block images that we do not find appropriate. |

Shipping policy |

Order processing time varies based on the quality of the photo used for
enlargement, size of the order, materials used (i.e. type of paper) and any
special requests made during the order. Normal order processing time is 48
hours from the time your order was received. We try to complete all orders
within this time frame and will contact you if we are unable to meet the
48-hour deadline. Please note that if you are mailing in your picture for
enlargement, your order will be processed within 48 hours of receipt unless
we contact you otherwise. Any special deadline requests must be specified
prior to placing an order. Please contact us if you have a deadline. All
items within the Continental US are shipped via USPS or UPS. Tracking is
available upon request. Additional charges apply for items shipped outside
the Continental US. We will not print any image we deem threatening,
obscene, pornographic or profane and will contact you if we are unable to
print your photo.

Product Specifications |

Digital images submitted will be printed on a paper of specified size. For example, a print stated to be 24”x36” will be printed on paper of such size. Please note, however, that the print will have a white border all around. The size of the border will depend on the proportion and the size of the print in ratio of 2/3. Usually a 4”x6” photograph enlarged to a poster size will have an approximately 1” border. Please note that depending on the size of the original image, the borders on the print may not be even all around. If you want the borders to be identical all around, the image will need to be trimmed. Please inquire about this option if needed.
If you need an image of an exact size (i.e. 24”x36”) that stretches to the very edge, the initial print ordered will need to be a larger size trimmed to your specification. Please inquire about this option.
